Christi and Michael, both nurses, actually met at the same hospital my mom works at. They hit it off quickly and later got married. They had a pretty barn wedding in Bath, NC. My mom as their "work mom" was set to be a guest and being the person she is asked how she could help. Christi wanted her to come the day before and see what could be done, so of course she asked me to come too. In true "Pendergrass girls" fashion we showed up with our work boots on and made it happen. Every detail from the reception space to the ceremony flowers, we pitched in and made sure Christi could enjoy her special day. Christi allowed me to decorate it and put signage where I thought was best, so I did just that. It all turned out beautiful and Christi and Michael had a magical and romantic day!
