Full Planning
This package is for the couple who wants a hands off approach to wedding planning. You will be able to have as much say so in the process as you want, while also receiving advice from us. We will be there every step of the way to make sure your wedding is exactly how you want it.
We will have multiple meetings in the months leading up to the wedding day to discuss all of your ideas and establish a budget. Let’s plan the wedding of your dreams!
We help create the Full Wedding Design; including but not limited to floor plan, florals, menu, details and invitations.
We track vendor payment schedules and provide timely reminders. We act as lead planner in research, booking, payments and vendor communication.
We can assist in design of your wedding website and registry as well.
Up to 10-12 hours of on-site support on wedding day. We will accommodate this to the couple and venue needs. We will be available for set up, to help bring the vision to life as well as coordinate the rehearsal. We will handle final payments and gratuities for vendors. We will happily be available for set up the day before by request. We will be the eyes and ears for your wedding day so that you can sit back and relax.
Partial Planning
Our Partial planning package is for couples who have a vision and an overall look they're going for, but not quite sure how to achieve it, or couples who are just so busy that the weight of wedding planning is too much to carry alone.
We will have several meetings in the 6 months leading up to your wedding. We will research, and give vendor list upon contract completion. We will help you navigate through your budget and can help in rental selections. We can provide you with a wedding check list to keep you on track along the planning process.
We will accompany you to 1 site visit to finalize design details and the floor plan. We will assist in creating a vision board and we would be happy to help determine guest count, color schemes, style, florals, etc.
We will distribute final payments and gratuities on the day of the wedding.

Month of Planning &
Day of Coordinating
Month of Planning & Day of Coordinating:
This is for the couple that wants to plan their own wedding, but needs some help tying up loose ends and running the show on their wedding day.
This package allows you to sit back and relax the month of your wedding so you can soak in the last few weeks of engagement together.
We will meet (phone call, zoom, coffee date, etc.) 4-5 times in the month leading up to your wedding. We will discuss décor, music, vendors, ceremony details, & reception details. On the weekend of your wedding, you are guaranteed 8-10 hours on the day of, rehearsal help if requested. We will help create a timeline for the wedding day and distribute to all wedding party and vendors. We will work together to create an itemized checklist of all decor items and set up ceremony and reception sites upon request.

Planning Advice
This package is for you if:
Your venue includes day-of coordination, but not planning assistance.
You’re planning your wedding on your own, but don’t know where to start.
You need organization tips and resources to help keep everything organized and in one place.
We can do a one on one in person or virtual meeting and ask any questions you may have. Vendor recommendations can be given, as well as help with a timeline idea. I am here to help!
